Body Meal is super versatile.

Simple and Easy

  • One scoop Body Meal®
  • 10 oz of cold water

Mix with a spoon and enjoy.

On The Road (Bottled Water Version)

When you're on the road, you can buy a bottle of water, drink enough to be left with about 10 oz (or whatever your favorite amount of water ends up being), add in the Body Meal®, and then shake shake shake!

Mix With Oil

A healthy oil is great for your body, and mixes beautifully with Body Meal®.

We prefer Flora DHA Flax Oil, but a good olive oil works, too. Avoid seed oils, canola, and other unhealthy oils.

  • One scoop Body Meal®
  • 10 oz of cold water
  • 1 tbsp of a healthy oil

We like to blend it in a small blender, such as the Magic Bullet. When you do that, it gets super smooth and delicious.

The colder the water, the better.

This is Calvin's favorite way to enjoy his Body Meal®.

Licorice Flavored Blueberry and Banana Smoothie

  • Frozen blueberries
  • Banana
  • Cold water
  • Body Meal®
  • Licorice powder
  • DHA Flax Oil

From here, you can add in whatever other delicious ingredients and powders you might enjoy.

L-Glutamine is supposedly great for building muscle, rebuilding intestinal walls, your immune system, and detoxifying your liver. Sounds pretty great to me!

We also like Bee Pollen. It supposedly also helps with immune system, detoxifying your liver, as well as reducing inflammation, and more.

Acai powder is another one of those superfoods that it can't hurt to add in there. According to the interwebs, it's good for a ton of things.

Play around with it, and see what you like.

Even though Licorice is super beneficial, the flavor might not be your thing. We're from Denmark, so we love that stuff. But we realize not everybody does. So feel free to leave it out.

Pick Me Up

When you're feeling like a cold is coming on, try this combo:

  • One scoop Body Meal®
  • 10 oz of cold water
  • Lemon juice
  • Ginger juice

You can also try grapefruit juice or chili.

And you can still add in your favorite oil.

Mix or blend and enjoy.

Creamy Version

  • One scoop Body Meal®
  • 10 oz of your favorite cold plant based milk substitute

We here at Body Meal® HQ are partial to Oatly Regular, but use whatever floats your boat.

Make it Chocolate
